A noncommercial hotplate was observed being stored in the serving line area. The hot plate explicitly states "Household Use Only" on the back of the unit. Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
There is a hole in the wall underneath the kitchen 3 compartment sink. The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
