The complainant ordered mozzarella sticks, a hamburger, and chicken quesadilla. During the complaint inspection, temperatures were taken of cooked hamburger, chicken, and fried foods, all of which were observed to be cooked over 165°F. All cold holding and hot holding temperatures were within requirements. The Manager reviewed their employee illness log during the inspection and did not observe any employees that had been sick while working during the date and time of the service in question.
