Critical Sanitizer was not reading the correct concentration at the time of inspection. PIC placed a work order to get the issue resolved. Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Did not observe a thermometer in two of the warming boxes. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed a torn gasket on the walk in fridge. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
