Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed mechanical warewashing equipment to not be dispensing sanitizer during the time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. PIC resolved issue and it began dispensing sanitizer during the time of inspection.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed salsa in stand-up cooler to be held one day past its disposition date during the time of inspection. Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. PIC disposed of item during the time of inspection.

Repeat Observed there to be no paper towels at the hand sink in the warewashing room and the sink next to the warewashing room during the time of inspection. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).

Observed shelf under the dish machine to be made of wood during the time of inspection. Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable.

Observed several reach in coolers and freezers to have damaged handles throughout the facility during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
