| Complainant stated calling at this facility the week-end of last week around 6-7 AM and the employee who took the call sounded sick and could barely talk. We talked to the manager about the complaint. Manager stated the employee in question is not sick but has a medical condition that affects his voice and make him sound the way the complainant heard. No violation regarding the complaint was noted. |
