Received a complaint from a customer that on 4/12/23 around 11pm he observed the "lady working was on her cell phone during my visit and did not wash her hands after she then proceeded to get ice from the ice bing with the cup". Discussed complaint with person in charge. Said the policy is to use the ice scoop and for the washing of hands after using the phone or at any time there is a change in duties or when become soiled. Said they are in the process of reinforcing the training policy for handwashing, etc.
