Observed boxes of food stored on the walk in cooler and freezer floor. PIC stated a truck just dropped the boxes off an hour ago and they are short staffed. Improper storage of food items.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed dirty fan vent covers in the walk in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
