Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed spilled tub of ice-cream in a hand sink during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. PIC immediately removed ice-cream and cleaned think thoroughly.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed handle of scoop to be sitting in food items during the time of inspection. Food in contact with an unclean surface or linens. PIC immediately removed scoop and properly placed a new one in the food.

Observed torn gaskets at the dairy cooler, meat cooler, and cooler A35A during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
