| Complainant stated observing raw meats and baked goods displayed in the same case at this facility on 4/15/19. We went to the facility and talked to the manager about the complaint. Facility has Bear's Head Applewood smoked boneless uncured ham and Boar's Head Sweet sliced smoked boneless uncured ham displayed in the same case as bake goods. PIC stated all hams in the display case are fully cooked and not raw. PIC stated the same ham is used in the deli case as ready to eat. Package label indicates the ham is fully cooked. Did not observe raw meats stored with bake goods at the time of inspection. No violation regarding the complaint was observed at the time of inspection. |
