Comments
Received a complaint stating that hot food was held for over an hour and that the customer received their food and stated that it was not edible. During the time of inspection I observed the carry-out process from start to finish. Food is cooked to order, placed in a hot holding window, then is bagged and placed on its shelf accordingly. The manager stated that they recalled the incident in question and stated that the food sat in the hot-holding window for an extended period of time. I did not observe any part of the carry-out process to be a violation. No violations observed during the time of inspection.
