Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed container with chips in it to be cracked during the time of inspection. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. PIC removed container from shelves placed chips in new container.

Observed front hand sink was not available to employees during the time of inspection. Inadequate number of handwashing sinks.

Corrected During Inspection Observed single use lids to not be stored in an inverted fashion during the time of inspection. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Employee flipped them.

Observed containers with old date stamps on the non-food contact surface portion during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
