Obsrerved the thermometer not working in the milk cooler by the produce area. Did not observe a thermometer inside the dairy walk in cooler and both deli/bakery walk in coolers. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

Observed rusty shelves/racks in both deli/bakery alk in coolers. PIC stated they already purchased new racks to replace them. Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials.

Repeat Observed dust accumulation on the fan covers of the dairy walk in cooler and both deli/bakery walk in coolers. Observed build up on the walls and ceilings of the dairy walk in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
