| 3717-1-03.2(Q)/Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises. Observed uncover food item in the freezer and food containers stored on the floor of the walk in cooler. Improper storage of food items. |
| 3717-1-04.1(DD)/Warewashing machines - automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers. Observed the diswasher dispensing low to no sanitizer. PIC will have someone come and a take look. 3 Compartment sink shall be used in the meantime. Warewashing machine does not automatically dispense detergent sanitizer and/or does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed. |
