| Complainant stated he found a bread tie in his steak fatijas. PIC showed me that the tortillas are tied together with a bread tie. At the time of inspection, I did not see any bread ties laying around. Told PIC a good practice is to make sure they get thrown away as soon as they are opened. No violations at the time of inspection. |
