Corrected During Inspection Observed grill utensils being stored in dirty cool water. PIC changed the water during the inspection and was reminded that utensils need to be cleaned every 4 hours. Observed build-up of debris on restroom vent covers and inside tea cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed a build-up of debris on floors, walls, and ceilings throughout the kitchen.

Observed dishwasher leaving soap foam on dishes upon completion of the dishwashing cycle. PIC was advised to rinse and sanitize dishes from the dishwasher in the 3-bay sink until the dishwasher has been repaired. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
