Repeat Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. OBSERVED: Out side of ice machine has a build up of food debris/flour. To prevent a contamination of ice which could cause a foodborne illness. Machine shall be kept clean. Clean exterior of bulk ice machine

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Repeat Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. OBSERVED: Handsink drain is draining slow & backs up into hand sink with limited water flow. So employees will properly wash their hands to prevent a foodborne illness. Repair hand sink drain so it drains correctly.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. OBSERVED: dropped ceiling metal framework is deteriorating & rusting. To prevent a physical contamination from the ceiling framework. Replace or repaint 3/1/19 Remodel is to take place in 6 week. Will give 60 days before reinspection.
