CorrectedDuringInsp Improper storage of food items. OBSERVED: Raw chicken stored on top of pre cooked potatos in walk in cooler. To prevent a cross contamination which could cause a foodborne illness, Raw animal foods shall be stored below or separate from ready to eat foods. Store separately. CORRECTED: Owner moved raw chicken.
