Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet. OBSERVED: small cleaning sink with an attached hose lying in the bottom of the sink. To prevent back siphonage which could cause a foodborne illness. Remove the hose or keep above the rim of the sink. CORRECTED: Air gap provided at the time of reinspection.
