Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Ice was dumped in the hand sink
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. DO NOT DUMP ICE OR ANY OTHER WASTE INTO THE HAND SINK. THE PIC WAS ADVISED NOT TO DUMP ICE IN THE SINK AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. Correct By: 10-Dec-2014

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed improper storage of food items. Soup packages were stored on the floor in the walk in freezer.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor. STORE THE SOUP OFF THE FLOOR (ON THE SHELVES). Correct By: 11-Dec-2014

Corrections made since the 6-4-14 inspection
-choking poster is in the lobby
-the trap on the vegetable sink has been removed
-the dumpter lid and side doors are closed
-the wood shelves over the mop sink are painted
-the light bulb in the walk in cooler is shatterproof
-the floor in the back prep room has been replaced.
