Reviewed inspection with Jordan Nelson, Operator. He is still completing requirements for Level I food safety. No hot foods available at the time of inspection.
Explained the Level II training requirement that starts on 3-1-2017.
Employee health policy is on file, and I gave him a sample diarrhea/vomit clean up procedure to use and explained the documentation required for employee acknowledgement.
No violations at the time of operation.
