No hot food available at the time of inspection. Kitchen was not in operation at the time of inspection. Kitchen is used more in the winter months. Reviewed inspection with Timothy Korbas, Director. He is planning to take Level One Training and then Level II. Reviewed some of the updates to the Ohio Food Code for 2016, including verification of Employee Health Policy & Vomit/Diarrhea cleanup. |
