Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. Some equipment including the refrigerators in the side room are not commercial equipment.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. OBTAIN A COMMERCIAL COOLER AND REPLACE OTHER RESIDENTIAL EQUIPMENT AT THE TIME FRAME TO BE AGREED UPON ("NSF" LABELED EQUIPMENT IS ACCEPTABLE). COOLER THAT ARE USED FOR TCS FOOD - FOR FOOD SUCH AS MILK, CHEESE, MEAT, ETC. MUST BE REPLACED.
