Repeat Observed no one on staff with the Manager/Supervisor Certification in Food Protection. Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. Must obtain certification in 6 months. Will check at next standard inspection.

3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
Observed no handwashing signs at hand sink in main kitchen and in bathroom. Handwashing sign(s) not posted. Place signs above sinks.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Observed unlabeled squirt bottle by prep table and tub of flour containing unrecognizable food. Working food containers not properly labeled. Label all unrecognizable containers as to its contents.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Observed pizza boxes sitting on the floor in the back of the kitchen. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Store pizza boxes at least 6 inches off the floor.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Observed raw wood behind the electric panel in the back of the kitchen. Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Paint/seal the raw wood so it is smooth and easily cleanable.
