Do not work when ill with vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat with fever, or jaundice
Sanitizer (chlorine) should be at least 100 ppm
If a cloth wiping towel is used to wipe up spills, it must be placed in a sanitizer solution after it is first used. Disposable wipes may be a better option.
