FOOD DEFENSE - A food defense booklet (NYSHD’s Food Defense Strategies) and possible vulnerable points to protect food from intentional contamination were briefly discussed. (Facility security, employee training and restrictions, and food storage, handling, and control were reviewed) Corrections since the March 17, 2014 inspection. -The microwave oven has been replaced with a commercial oven. The refrigerator and crock pots must be replaced or removed. All the other equipment appears to be commercial equipment. NO OPERATIONAL VIOLATIONS SEEN. |
