Note: Building, Fire and Plumbing have signed off. Note: using same vendors: GFS, Sofo, and TPC Note: moved into a new building, same owner and address as previous. -Clean dust from floor and on top of freezers (horizontal surfaces) of equipment. -Paint raw wood around electrical box -Clean outside of microwave - Solwave -Label all bulk containers of food - small flour container -All paper products need stored at least 6 inches off the floor in rest-room -Need hand wash sign in rest-room, (Employees must wash hands before returning to work." -Place lid or cover/plastic over frozen burgers in chest freezer. (corrected on site) -Place a hand wash sign at hand sink in the kitchen. -Have Vomit/Fecal and Employee Health Policy on site. -Need manager/supervisor with Certificate in Food Protection ASAP. -Discard any cracked plastic containers.
