-Paint raw wood around electrical box

-Label all bulk containers of food - small flour container
-All paper products need stored at least 6 inches off the floor in rest-room
-Need hand wash sign in rest-room, (Employees must wash hands before returning to work."
-Place lid or cover/plastic over frozen burgers in chest freezer. (corrected on site)
-Place a hand wash sign at hand sink in the kitchen.
-Have Vomit/Fecal and Employee Health Policy on site.
-Need manager/supervisor with Certificate in Food Protection ASAP.
