Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. OBSERVED: No sanitizing solution in dishwasher .To prevent a food borne illness. Sanitizer shall be available. Hand sanitizze in 3 compartment sink until repaired.

Food not protected from environmental sources of contamination during preparation. OBSERVED: Male making individual ranch containers in an unapproved area with out a hair restraint. All foods shall be made and distrbuted in approved areas.
