Critical Handwashing sink not accessible. OBSERVED: Sink out of use sign. Handsink shall be available at all times. Repair so employees can properly wash their hands, to keep pathogens from contaminationg food . food surfaces which could cause a foodborne illness.

Improper storage of food items. OBSERVED: 2 Freezers placed in unapproved storage area, items stored in unapproved storage area, syrups, other dry goods. Areas should be approved for storage before use. Al lsurfaces shall be smooth & easily cleanable & approved for storage.
