The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. OBSERVED: Ceilin tiles against wall are comong down. All surfaces shall be in good repair, smooth & easuily cleanable. Repair / replace ceiling tiles
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method. OBSERVED: Mops in mop buckets. Mops shall be hung up to dry .Provide hangers to hang mops up & not store in buckets.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
