| COMPLAINT:Good Morning Beth, Our department received a COVID complaint regarding the Dollar General located at 17 S. Gamble Street. Bonnie Banichar (419.347.3837) stated no one was wearing a mask inside the store on October 7th. Thank you for your assistance in this matter Benjamin Mutti, R.S.
