Cold or hot holding equipment did not contain a thermometer, or the thermometer was not correctly placed. The beer cooler does not have a thermometer.
A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit. PLACE A THERMOMETER IN THE BEER COOLER. Correct By: 30-May-2016
3717-1-04.5(A)(3)/Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. The inside of the cooler is dirty (in the oven room). The top of the oven is dirty.

Observed a handwashing sink without water at the required temperature. The hot and cold water is not working at the bar hand sink.

The floor and wall junctures are not properly coved or closed, or floor drains were not provided. Back oven room baseboard is coming off.
In FSO's or RFE's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed. The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. The walk in cooler floor is rusty, the trim in the bathrooms are not in place exposing seams.
