Critical Repeat TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. OBSERVED: Prep cooler in cook area at 50 degrees. To prevent the growth of pathogens which could cause a foodborne illness, TCS foods shall be stored at 41 degrees or lower. Move to a unit that maintains 41 degrees or below and repair/replace unit. CORRECTED: Cooks moved items to other cold holding unit & iced workable containers to main 41 degrees or below.
