Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Coffee was dumped in the hand sink.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. DUMP COFFEE IN THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK OR MOP SINK. CLEAN HAND SINK BEFORE NEXT USE. Correct By: 10-Oct-2015

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
In-use utensils are improperly stored. The popcorn scoop handle was in the popcorn.
To prevent hand contact with food and contamination of food, During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored as described in this rule. STORE SCOOP OUTSIDE OF THE POPCORN POPPER AND IN A CLEAN, PROTECTED LOCATION. Correct By: 11-Oct-2015
3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Cold or hot holding equipment did not contain a thermometer, or the thermometer was not correctly placed. The counter top cooler did not have a thermometer.
A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit. PLACE A THERMOMETER IN THE COUNTER TOP COOLER. Correct By: 17-Oct-2015
3717-1-06.1(B) / Floors, walls and ceilings - utility lines.
Repeat Observed utility service lines and pipes that were improperly exposed or installed. The back wall in the sink room has several exposed lines.
Utility service lines and pipes may not be unnecessarily exposed, may not be installed on the floor, and shall be installed so they do not obstruct or prevent cleaning of the floors, walls, or ceilings. COVER ALL THE UTILITY LINES THAT ARE PRACTICAL TO COVER TO MAKE CLEANING EASIER. Correct By: 17-Oct-2015
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. The boxes and ledges on the back wall of the 3 compartment sink room are dirty.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. CLEAN THE BOXES AND LEDGES ON THE BACK WALL OF THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK ROOM. Correct By: 17-Oct-2015
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Repeat Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method. Mop was in the bucket after use.
To limit attracting pests and limit change of dirt contaminating employee uniform, utensils, equipment or food, After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies and so mop head effectively dries. INSTALL A MOP HANGER AND HANG MOP UP AFTER USE. Correct By: 17-Oct-2015

It did not appear that the FReal Machine was dispensing sanitizer after each run. Repair machine if needed.
