OBSERVED: Numerous items on different storage shelves not inverted to prevent contamination from the premises, serving utensils not stored with handles up to keep from contamination from handling.Invert all food containers & place serving utensils with handles in upward position.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. OBSERVED: Ice machine guard not on machine , laying beside it. Repair & replace on ice maker so all surfaces are smooth & easily cleanable.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. OBSERVED: interior of cupboards / shelving needs wiped out of dust & debris. Under broken pop dispenser needs cleaned & sanitized, pizza compressor, pipe behind pizza prep table, to not attract pests which could cause a foodborne illness. Clean as needed.

Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. OBSERVED: Unused food equipment sitting on back counter. Remove unused equipment & store appropriately.
