Repeat Miscellaneous sources of contamination observed. The ice in the walk in freezer was dripping on food boxes.
Food shall be protected from contamination that is not specified under 3717-1-03.2 (A) to (X). To protect food from contamination from non-potable water, REPAIR THE DRIPPING IN THE FREEZER. UNTIL IT IS FIXED, MOVE THE BOXES FROM UNDER THE DRIP. THIS WAS CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION BY MOVING THE BOXES AWAY FROM THE WALL. Correct By: 10-Sep-2014
