So employees may properly was their hands to prevent a foodborne illness. Handsinks shall be accessible at all times. CORRECTED: Manager removed obstacles in front of handsinks.

Critical CorrectedDuringInsp Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. OBSERVED BOTH handsinks in the food prep area that were being used for other uses other than handwashing . one is inaccessible with items in front of & the other has items stored in the sink. CORRECTED: Manager made the front sink accessible & removed the items from the other sink

CorrectedDuringInsp Observed employee eating, drinking, or using tobacco in non-designated area. OBSERVED: Manager drinking from an open plastic cup. To prevent contamination. employees shall use covered containers & have a separate area to eat in , other than food prep area. CORRECTED: Manager removed open cup from food prep area
To ensure proper hygiene, an employee shall eat, drink, or use tobacco only in designated areas where the contamination of exposed food; clean equipment, utensils or linens; unwrapped single service or single use articles; or other items needing protection cannot result.
3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed improper storage of food items. OBSERVED: Electronic parts stored on top of ice machine. To prevent a contamination of ice which could cause a physical or food borne illness. Nothing except ice equipment shall be stored on ice maker. CORRECTED: Manager removed electronic parts from ice maker
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.
