The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. The long cooler still has flaking paint on the back wall at the level of the first shelf and a place on the ceiling of the cooler that had the flaking paint removed.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. REMOVE THE FLAKING PAINT IN THE COOLER AND PAINT THE AREAS THAT HAD THE FLAKING PAINT REMOVED. Correct By: 01-Aug-2014
