Label on a food packaged in-house did not contain all required information. OBSERVED: SUB sandwiches & with no bun information or sub ingredients listed> Properly label all prepackaged foods ready for consumers so they can prevent an allergy reaction

3717-1-04.2(B)(1) / Manual warewashing - three compartment sink required.
Repeat Three-compartment sink not available for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of utensils.OBSERVED:Facility has no way to PROPERLY wash, rinse, sanitize coffee pots. Facility shall stop selling coffee from coffee pots until a three compartment sink is installed. Either get an automatic machine or install a 3 compartment sink.. coffee was discarded
