| COMPLAINT: customer received a pizza with pepperoni / mushrooms. Ate something he wasn't sure.. hair.. mouse or whatever. Recommended.. if concerned that he could send to a private lab for analysis. Spoke with the owner & customer came in & received a refund. no noted violations observed |
