Observed improper storage of food items. The lettuce and oranges were stored on the floor of the walk in cooler.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor. STORE THE FOOD (LETTUCE AND ORANGES) IN THE WALK IN COOLER ON THE SHELVES. Correct By: 17-Dec-2013

Non-durable equipment observed. The lower shelves of the dish tables in the dishwasher room are covered with foil.
Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. REMOVE THE FOIL FROM THE SHELVES IN THE DISHWASHER ROOM AND PAINT IF NECESSARY. Correct By: 17-Jan-2014

Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. The walls and ceiling in the walk in cooler is rough and not easy to clean.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. PAINT OR COVER THE WALLS AND CEILING IN THE WALK IN COOLER TO MAKE THEM SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. Correct By: 17-Aug-2014
