Observed improper storage of food items. The lettuce and oranges were stored on the floor of the walk in cooler.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor. STORE THE FOOD (LETTUCE AND ORANGES) IN THE WALK IN COOLER ON THE SHELVES. Correct By: 17-Dec-2013

Non-durable equipment observed. The lower shelves of the dish tables in the dishwasher room are covered with foil.
