Critical CorrectedDuringInsp Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. OBSERVED: No date marking on TCS foods. To prevent the growth of pathogens which could cause a foodborne illness. All TCS foods shall be date marked to indicate the date the food shall be consumed or discarded by. This is a repeat violation & one more will require an office hearing. CORRECTED: Workers dated the food.
