Critical The concentration and/or temperature of a chlorine sanitizing solution did not meet the minimum requirements specified in the code. OBSERVED: Zero sanitizer in waremachine. To prevent a foodborne illness from the spread and growth of pathogens a sanitizer shall be available. Hand sanitize in 3 compartment sink until repaired & showing adequate sanitizer of 50 ppm. company did not come to repair
To prevent pathogen growth, a chlorine solution shall have a minimum temperature based on the concentration and pH of the solution as specified in the code. Correct By: 28-Nov-2016
