All supplies were available: soap, sanitizer (bleach), hand sanitizer, paper towels/napkins, test strips, hot water tank, trash can Operator was given Food Code rule changes, a vomiting/diarrheal clean up instructions, food employee health policy, and a new hand washing sign. Source of water is Shelby City, Bagged Ice is used, Flavoring is from Snowie. No 3 compartment sink on unit so operator will either return to commissary and will bring pre-washed, rinsed & sanitzed extra ice scoops, stored clean & dry for use. |
