Critical Repeat CorrectedDuringInsp Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked. The sliced ham was not date marked.
Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS food held refrigerated for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked at the time of preparation or the time the original container is opened to indicate the date or day to be consumed, sold, or discarded as required in this rule. To prevent multiple growth of pathogens which could cause a foodborne illness, DATE MARK SLICED HAM WITH THE LAST DAY OF USE WHICH IS 7 DAYS AFTER OPENING OR COOKING. THIS WAS CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION BY DATING THE HAM. Correct By: 03-Jul-2014

Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces are not designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning or maintenance. The shelves in the prep cooler are foil lined. The freezer by the fryers have foil stuck to it.

Repeat Observed floors, walls, and/or ceilings that were not constructed of approved materials. The baseboard in the men's bathroom is raw wood.
