Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint. OBSERVED: Food employees not wearing any hair restraints. Food employees shall wear hair restraints to effectively keep hair from contaminating food/ food surfaces. Provide hair restraints.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available. OBSERVED: no sanitizing testing device to measure ppm of sanitizing solution. Provide Quatanery ammonia & chlorine test strips for sanitizers in the facility. Provide test kits
