3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method. OBSERVED A MOP DRYING ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE MOP SINK.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. DRY THE MOPS IN AN APPROVED.

| Complaint on 07-Apr-2016 : Complaint Details States when she received food today as well as Cody Winters and Patricia Yost on 4/7/2016 at this facility, her and Cody got nauseous and Patricia started vomiting within two hours after eating. Stated there was plastic in the French fries and their hamburgers were hard. They all ate bacon cheeseburgers and medium fries. She did state for an unknown reason all three of them had not eaten in two days prior? Patricia had Little Ceasars pizza on 4/5/2016. Andrea Barnes, R.S. is going to do an investigation at this facility at this time.
