To prevent the growth of pathogens which could cause a foodborne illness. TCS foods (sliced tomatoes, lettuce ) shall be cold held at 41 degrees or below. CORRECTED: Employees iced the unit down.

CorrectedDuringInsp No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).OBSERVED: No hand drying provisions in customers ladies rest-room. So people can properly dry their hands after handwashing to prevent a foodborne illness. Provide a means to dry their hands. CORRECTED: Manager replaced the paper towels.

Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint. OBSERVED: Employees working with food with no hair restraints. Employees shall wear effective hair restraints to keep hair from contacting food/food surfaces which could cause a contamination & foodborne illness

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. OBSERVED: Food equipment that is dirty on equipment grill fronts, doors, handles etc. Clean as needed to prevent a contamination which could cause a foodborne illness.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. OBSERVED; Hot box that is not working. Remove unnecessary items from premises to eliminate areas for insects/rodents to hide.
