Handwashing sink water below 100°F. OBSERVED: No hot water in handsink in salad prep area. To prevent a foodborme illness. employees shall have hot water available to properly wash their hands. Repair broken hot water.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.OBSERVED: Dirty equipment surfaces. To prevent a contamination which could cause a foodborne illness. Surfaces shall be cleaned. Clean all equipment of dirt/food debris. grease.
