Repeat Observed a build-up of dirt and debris on the storage shelves throughout.

Comments
Both of the employees that were on duty were aware of the Employee Health Policy and showed me where to find it on file. Both employees were aware of the PIC duties/knowledge and knew about hand washing, cooking, cooling and reheating foods as well.
