Observed food that was not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. OBSERVED: Raw bulk sausage above ready to eat/ packaged food in meat case. To prevent a foodborne illness. Raw animal foods shall e stored below. Ready io eat/packaged food. CORRECTED: Employee placed below packaged/ ready to eat foods
